Description

Set Aside: 8(a). This project upgrades/replace the existing two pipe fan coil units, boilers, pumps, makeup air units, mini-splits, and piping with a new system for building 2-1105. The project will upgrade DDC controls and tie the system back into the UMCS. The project will tie the HVAC systems into the existing ground source heat pump water system.
