Entire building, painting will not include foundation. Last painted 2011 Entire building. Painting will not include foundation. Last painted in 2016. Vendor is to supply all labor, tools, brushes, ladders, scaffolding, lifts, caulk. Vendor is also to supply all transportation, including ferry and dray services. Vendor will replace any cracked glass panes; Mackinac Island State Park will provide glass. End date October 31, 2023
