| Description | The Lea County Board of County Commissioners requests sealed proposals from qualified vendors to provide hauling of solid waste from specific Lea County locations to the Lea County Landfill in Eunice, New Mexico. This RFP is a multi-term contract which will be effective upon execution by Lea County. Award will be for the initial year plus three (3) one-year options to renew. You must submit any questions regarding this procurement in writing, ONLY to the Procurement Officer at: kfergusonlecounty.net. Deadline for Written Questions Potential Offerors By February 3, 2023 -- 1:00 Pm The Lea County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all responses that are not in its best interest and to cancel and reissue the RFP. |
