| Description | Contractor shall complete all Work as specified or indicated in the Contract Documents Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond are not required for this service contract.The successful bidder shall also furnish a certificate of insurance from its insurance company or agent, as set forth in the General Conditions. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Owner in writing. The work will start on this contract within five (5) days of the issuance of the Notice To Proceed. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all Bids. |
