The work consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals for the replacement of sign panels on existing changeable message signs (CMS), addition of new signs and auxiliary panels, removal of sign panels and CMS sign assemblies, and relocation of CMS sign assemblies along SR 408. A copy of the Bidder's current prequalification certificate shall be submitted with the Bid. Failure to submit the certificates at time of bid may result in rejection of the Bid. Prequalification is required irrespective of the contract amount.
