Description	The project will involve the planning and design for a preliminary / schematic master plan and feasibility study of a new aquatic center facility. The aquatic facility is the final phase of the State of Colorado’s Regional Tourism Act (RTA) Grant project that is administered by the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade (OEDIT). The completed projects of the RTA project include the expansion of the Convention Center, the new Professional Bull Riders Sport Performance Center, the construction of a parking garage and the Gateway Plaza. Project that will soon be completed will be the new Riverwalk boathouse and the extension of the channel to connect with Santa Fe Avenue.
