The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Payment for Dowel Bar Retrofit will be paid at the contract unit price per each bar. Payment shall be considered full compensation for furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the work prescribed in this specification.
