Replacement of (211) Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner (PTAC) Units at the Stillwell Towers Building

The Housing Authority of Savannah has issued an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for Replacement of (211) Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner (PTAC) Units at the Stillwell Towers Building. The HAS is seeking sealed bids from qualified, licensed and bonded contractors to provide the replacement of (211) Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner (PTAC) at the Stillwell Towers Building located at 5100 Waters Avenue Savannah, GA 31404. Contractor shall include furnishing all labor, material, equipment, tools, supplies, services and incidentals, and performing all work necessary for the PTAC replacements in strict conformance with all of the Contract documents All questions regarding this Solicitation shall be submitted through the eProcurement system Question Deadline 03/22/2023 at 5:00 PM This project consists of performing the replacement of (211) packaged terminal air conditioner (PTAC) unit at the Stillwell Towers Building based on the following detailed services REQUIRED SERVICES The Work under this Project consists of demolition and installation of new PTAC units contractor shall include, but not be limited to completing all required site work; furnishing of all materials, labor, supervision, tools, transportation, daily cleanup of the site at the end of the workday, proper disposal of waste materials, maintenance of strict safety precautions, adherence to environmental regulations and other miscellaneous appurtenances and work necessary to complete the project. Refer to Attachment H - Drawings and Specifications for complete general and technical information. A. General Requirements (Refer to Project Manual). As indicated on the Drawings; in the specifications; and pursuant to this Scope of Work/Summary of Work furnish and install all materials, labor and equipment to construct the capital improvement project at the Stillwell Towers Building to include all associated utilities, permits, fees, costs etc. to provide a complete functional project/installation.
