If the Stop-work Order Is Issued Against a Subcontractor, the General Contractor May Terminate That Subcontractor From the Project in Accordance With N.j.s.a. 34:11-56.35(D). The Attention of Bidders Is Directed to the Provisions Covering Subletting or Assigning the Contract to Section 108-prosecution and Completion of the New Jersey Department of Transportation Standard Specifications. The Entire Work Is to Be Completed on or Before the Estimated Completion Date.
