Osseo 5th St Neighborhood Revitalization CDBG-PF Improvements

Project Description: A. Reconstruction of 5th Street from West Street to Harmony Street (USH 53), Station 10+50 to 22+05, approximately 1,155 feet. B. Reconstruction of West Street from 1,555’ north of 2nd Street to 245’ north of 5th Street, Station 76+40 to 86+95, approximately 1,055 feet. C. Reconstruction of Pine Street from West Street to west edge of Lake Martha, Station 40+50 to 51+18, approximately 1,068 feet. D. Reconstruction of Park Avenue from West Street to Harmony Street (USH 53), Station 30+50 to 37+50, approximately 700 feet. E. Reconstruction of Clark Street from Park Avenue to 5th Street (CTH O), Station 60+50 to 66+50, approximately 600 feet. F. The total length of the project is 4,578 feet. The project consists of installing sanitary sewer, water main, and storm sewer; earthwork; adding curb and gutter; asphalt paving; restoration; and erosion control.
