| Description | Furnish all labor, materials and equipment to suction harvest 10 acres of Eurasian watermilfoil at North Hartland Lake. There is a boat launch located at the North Hartland Lake Recreation Area. Surface supplied air mode of diving shall be used for all underwater work. Grid Point sampling and Qualitative Sampling was completed in 2019 to obtain abundance of vegetation including milfoil (reference North Hartland Lake Reservoir Aquatic Plant Inventory). |
