South Kinnickinnic Avenue Resurfacing - City of Saint Francis

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Saint Francis, Wisconsin. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway. As of June 16, 2022, an engineer has been selected and this project is in the design phase. It is anticipated bids will commence in November 2022. A firm timeline for construction has not been determined. Proposed plans to resurface S. Kinnickinnic Avenue from E. Howard Avenue to E. Lunham Avenue. The proposed improvements are to mill off the existing asphalt and replace it with new asphalt. There will also be spot replacement of curb and gutter, driveway approaches, and sidewalk.
