Description

The project will consist of pavement rehabilitation Fern Avenue, commencing near the intersection of East Street (Connecticut State Route 118) and proceeding northerly for a distance of 3,155 feet. The pavement rehabilitation will involve full-depth reconstruction for approximately 770 feet from East Street through the intersection of East Litchfield Road. The remainder of the project (approximately 2385 feet) will receive a bituminous concrete overlay with full-depth bituminous patching in areas where necessary.
