| Description | Scope of Services: Contractor is to provide routine custodial services performed within the Focus Neighborhoods and Civic Center Area of the City of Palmdale, including but not limited to the collection and disposal of debris and trash, cleaning and/or washing of surfaces covered with dirt or unwanted paint, and removal of dead or unwanted vegetation. All abatement is to be documented with dated pictures. Individuals employed and performing field labor by Contractor must be actively participating in a job development program course. Community Compliance Manager or designee will assign and monitor all locations for services to be provided in the Focus Neighborhoods. |
