Courtyard Concrete Improvements

Remove and replace spalled concrete within the Courtyard/Clock Tower in identified area 1. Remove and replace damaged sidewalk sections and curbing not previously replaced from the Loading Dock to the north end of that sidewalk & curb ( Where the Parking Lot 4" sign is located) 2. Remove and replace 6" concrete from the parking lot ramp down to the building next to the Backstage Load in Doors (including the addition of a triangular section leading to the Mechanical room Double doors- as noted on the diagram) 3. Include ADA Detectable Warnings as required match existing
