Replacements at TC Berrien Elementary School

Contractor shall remove existing Bard unit in a manner that will not damage the unit. The contractor shall a new matching BTU bard unit and thermostat provided by Cumberland County Schools. The contractor will refasten the unit to the building in the same manner as the existing unit. The contactor will reconnect all power wiring, thermostat wiring to new CCS supplied thermostat and drain lines. When installing the new units in the gym the contractor shall only remove two units at a time leaving two units running at all times. The contractor shall pick up the new units from the CCS warehouse and transport them to the school. The contractor will bring the existing bard units back to the warehouse intact and place in a designated area. Duct work will be sealed with mastic. All work will be done to local codes. Contractor shall be responsible for all permits and fees.
