Description

The Tulsa County Public Facilities Authority (TCPFA) is requesting sealed bids to contract the annual maintenance of three (3) Centrifugal Chillers. This bid shall be in effect beginning January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023 with the option to renew for additional one (1) year terms. Affidavit for Filing with Competitive Bid form must be signed, notarized, and returned with bid or bid will not be accepted. The Tulsa County Public Facilities Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive informalities or minor irregularities in any bid. Questions or clarifications requiring responses before submitting a bid shall be directed to Jessica Booth, Purchasing Agent, via email to Jbooth@exposquare.com no later than 12:00 p.m. December 9, 2022.
