Exterior Soffit Repair, Painting, and CMU Resealing

Repair and modify soffits. Paint all exterior surfaces including but not limited to soffits, steel beams, columns, doors, and louvers. Reseal all exterior masonry. Clean, prepare, and caulk prior to application of coatings. The painting of prefinished materials is excluded. Work is limited to the main school building. Once you JOIN the meeting, you will be admitted into a waiting room and then allowed into the meeting by the Host. All attendees must join no later than 1:10 pm (Local Time) to be included. At 1:10 pm (Local Time) the meeting will be locked to any additional attendees. WCSD is not responsible for any technical issues that interested bidders may encounter when trying to connect to any Mandatory Pre Bid Meeting. WCSD allows entry into the meeting up to 10 minutes after commencement to accommodate any technical issues.
