Construction of a New Endwall on an Existing Pole Barn Structure

Work shall consist mainly of: Furnish and install new pressure treated post and girt wall framing to construct a new end wall on an existing pole barn structure. The pole shall be mounted on the existing concrete slab/walls with a metal post base. Contractor to furnish and install preformed metal siding on the newly framed end wall to create a weather tight building envelope. The new siding shall be installed to from the floor to the peak of the existing roof. Contractor shall furnish and install all necessary preformed metal rake, corner, and other trim to provide a finished product that is weather tight. Contractor shall be responsible for furnishing an installing all required subframing an blocking within existing end wall truss to allow for the installation of the metal siding. Demolition of the adjacent building is not part of this contract
