| Description | Original Set Aside: 8(a) Set-Aside (FAR 19.8) The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment required to perform Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE) Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) controls, Direct Digital Control (DDC) Systems and to provide Test and Balance (TAB) services on existing HVAC and Industrial Ventilation systems to ensure proper airflow, water flow, operation and control within limits of design capability.
