Description

Contractor shall provide and install new cooling tower fill for four (4) 750-ton cooling towers. These are double cell towers located on the roof of the chiller plant which is approximately 20 feet above ground level. Include all materials, labor, and equipment, and removal and proper disposal of old fill material. New fill material shall meet or exceed the OEM specification for the four (4) Baltimore Air Coil (BAC) cooling tower models PT2-1012A-3, PT2-1012A-30, PT2-1012A-302, and PT2-1012A-30. The contractor shall have the necessary skills, training, and experience to be qualified to provide and install cooling tower fill.
