Seguin Office Lighting and Fence

Exterior lighting and fence service for the Seguin Office at 1440 East Kingsbury Street, Seguin TX 78155. In general, the work includes, but is not limited to, the following items: 1. Install new and replace existing wall packs on the building with new LED fixture. Fixtures need to be constructed with a metal housing and glass lens. No plastic or polycarbonate fixture will be allowed. 5000K color temperature. Preferred fixture - Acuity/Lithonia TWR1 LED 2 50K MVOLT 2. Install new wall pack fixtures on exterior building sides without fixtures 3. Replace existing ground light heads with a new LED fixture. 5000K color temperature 4. Install electrical requirements to fixtures per NEC 5. Fixtures to be controlled by photo cell. 6. Contractor will verify that all exterior lighting and lighting controls are working and functioning properly. 7. Contractor will seal all exterior light fixtures to prevent water from entering building. 8. Paint non brick exterior of building, including canopy ceilings, inside and outside of exterior doors, frames. 9. Replace existing window tint. 10. Install vinyl signage on storefront window glass. 11. Power wash brick exterior concrete porch and entry sidewalk. 12. Repair existing chain link fence. Replace/ repair damaged fence and posts as determined. 13. Provide turnkey project as required for complete project.
