Jupiter River Estates Canal Vegetative Trimming

Bids received after the time and date specified will not be considered. The face of the envelope shall be addressed as follows: Town Clerk, Town of Jupiter 210 Military Trail, Jupiter, FL 33458 Provide all labor, materials, and equipment for the removal of designated mangroves, trimming of mangroves as needed to facilitate mangrove or exotics removal, or for safety or access, exotic tree and vegetation removal, pruning of native vegetation to facilitate removal of exotic vegetation, preservation and protection of native vegetation, minimizing disturbance of the canal banks, utilities, and other facilities, debris/rubbish/solid waste removal and disposal, site clean-up, finish grading for a clean and uniform appearance, compliance with permit conditions, in accordance with the Bidding Documents. The Contract may include, at the Town s sole discretion award of an additive alternate bid item for maintenance services for mangrove trimming and exotics removal to maintain the project area in accordance with the plans and specifications, performed on an annually recurring basis, for a period of 10 years, payable at the time of trimming completion. Questions delivered by email should contain the name of the Project/Bid in the subject heading of the email and be sent with a read receipt to ensure successful receipt of the email by the Town. Clarification and changes to the bid documents will occur by addendum through website if needed. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
