Consists of cleaning and painting elevated Water Tank #7 located at 1931 Fleischmann Road. Improvements include, but are not limited to, blasting, cleaning, and painting all exterior and interior surfaces of the tank structure. The tank is a spheroid-type elevated water storage tank with a capacity of approximately 750,000 gallons. The overall height of the tank is approximately 140 feet. The tank bowl is approximately 65 feet in diameter at the centerline. The tank bowl base is approximately 93 feet above ground level, and the bowl height is approximately 47 feet tall.
