Solid Waste and Recyclable Materials Collection Services

City of Wildwood is requesting bids through the fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5, et seq., for residential, commercial, municipal & institutional solid waste and recyclable materials collection service as further specified in the Uniform Bid Specifications. Bids will be considered in accordance with criteria outlined in the Bid Specifications Questions should be directed to the City Clerk at (609) 522-2444, during regular business hours 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and/or waive any informality in any bid, without disclosure of the reason therefore, and reserves the right to forthwith revoke the privileges granted, condition or regulate the operation of, and management of, said approval, and the decision of said Board of Commissioners shall be deemed final both in law and in equity. Addenda, if any, will be issued on the City website; therefore, all interested bidders shall check the website from now through the bid opening. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to be knowledgeable of all addenda related to this procurement.
