Industrial Generator and Installation

The proposed generator should include at least the following features and accessories: • Minimum of 80kW rating, wired for 277/480 VAC three phase, 60Hz • Natural gas fuel • Level 1 steel acoustic enclosure • Power Zone Pro Digital Control Panel • Ethernet capability for remote monitoring • Block heater • Alternator heater • Battery charger • Battery heater. The generator is located on the roof of the Main Campus building, K Wing, of the College. The awarded vendor is responsible for crane rental and other necessary services to place generator on roof and remove existing generator. Installation services must include: • Removal of old generator • Installation of new generator • On-site testing/factory start-up • Warranty registration • Load bank testing (minimum of one hour including full load test) • On-site training • Two sets of printed documentation • Electronic documentation.
