| Description | FY24 Traffic Signal Parts Bid #2 Each bid must be accompanied by an ORIGINAL certified check, cashiers check or surety bond of a corporation acceptable to the City and in the amount of ten (10) per cent of the total amount of the bid presented, but in no case in excess of $20,000.00. The City specifically reserves the right to waive any bidding irregularities with regard to the bidding requirements and as may be determined to be immaterial by the City. The award or rejection of a contract for the within project is subject to the time limitations set forth in NJSA 40A:11-24 except that the bids of any bidders who consent thereto may, at the request of the contracting unit, be held for consideration for such longer period as may be agreed. City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part thereof, as may be deemed in the best interest of the City of Elizabeth. |
