Description

Replacing the clubhouse for a tennis facility owned by Salt Lake City Facilities, operated by the private concessionaire “Liberty Hills Tennis LLC”. The new building will contain locker rooms, shower facilities, a meeting room, one office, a check-in work space for staff, areas for display of merchandise for sale. The design and construction shall be required to achieve LEED Silver Certification.
