Contractor Awarded Address: Stafford, VA 22554-4889 USA Base and All Options Value (Total Contract Value): $675,103.44 COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS RFQ: FA500023Q0006- Dryer Vent Duct Cleaning and Maintenance (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; submissions are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation Number FA500023Q0006. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the following: Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01- Effective 27 December 2022. (iv) This is a set-aside for 100% Small Business. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561790 with a small business size standard of $8.0M. (v) The Pricing Schedule for the following items is incorporated as Attachment 2. Vendors shall complete Attachment 2 in its entirety and return with any other documentation/data required by this synopsis/solicitation. (vi) Requirement Description: Dryer Vent Duct Cleaning and Maintenance Service as described in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 6 December 2022- (Attachment 1). The successful contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, management, and labor necessary to perform annual and semi-annual dryer vent cleaning services on JBER, Alaska. All services must be performed in accordance with (IAW) manufacturer's recommendations, National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA), Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) codes, commercial practices, local, state, federal regulations. (vii) Period of Performance: The contract will contain a one (1) year base period and four (4) option years. The base year period of performance is 4 May 2023 through 3 May 2024. Place of performance is Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska. (viii) FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Service is hereby incorporated by reference, with the same force and effect as if it were given in full text. An addendum is provided via Attachment 3 to this Solicitation, all terms and conditions of FAR 52.212-1 remain in effect. (ix) FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial Service has been tailored to this procurement and is provided via Attachment 3 to this Solicitation. (x) Each offeror shall ensure the provision at FAR 52.212-3 including its Alternate I, Vendors Representations and Certifications-- Commercial Service are updated at www.sam.gov. Failure to obtain SAM registration MAY result in submissions not being considered for award. (xi) The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items is hereby incorporated by reference, with the same force and effect as if it were given in full text. (xii) The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders - Commercial Items is hereby incorporated by reference, with the same force and effect as if it were given in full text. (xiii) If any warranties are required beyond those customarily provided on a procurement of this nature, they will be specifically mentioned in the Pricing Schedule located within the Attachment 3.
