Description

The general scope of work for this project includes mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems work to add two (2), roughing pumps, Owner provided, to be located in a rooftop space with connections to the Earth, Ocean and Science (EOS) Winds Chamber Lab in Room 419 at Morse Hall. Work also includes adding a door to an existing interior wall. The Winds Chamber Lab Fit-Up is schedule critical and will be partially owner-occupied during construction. Clear coordination and communication are essential.
