Remove existing modified bitumen roofing system including all roof insulation; Remove meal copings, gutters, downspouts, counterflashings and gravel stops; Install new EPDM Roof Membrane and Flashings over 1/2" high density cover board adhered to isocyanurate tapered and base layer of of roof insulation adhered to concrete decks and mechanically anchored to wood and metal decks; Install new prefinished metal copings, gravel stops, gutters, downspouts, counterflashings, and termination bars.
