Johnsonville High School HVAC Replacement

Demolition of all roof mounted HVAC units and replacement with new, complete, including but not limited to, all equipment, roof curbs, drains, connections, controls, power, architectural and structural work as described in the drawings and project manual. Construction Cost Range: 1 - 2 Million Dollars *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Demolition and removal of all the existing air cooled split system air-conditioning units and heat pumps (indoor and outdoor units) located throughout the school and site; 2. Demolition and removal of two gas fired water heaters, one serving the kitchen area and one serving the gymnasium area; 3. Providing (furnishing and installing) new Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) HVAC Systems, Split System Heat Pumps with Got Gas Reheat and Dedicated Outside Air Systems complete including, but not limited to, all equipment, ductwork, duct connections, controls, drain pans, condensate drain piping, power wiring, Testing, Adjusting, Balancing (TAB), Demonstration and Training; and, 4. Providing (furnishing and installing) four (4) new gas fired tankless water heaters, 2 each, at the Kitchen and Gymnasium. 5. And other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. 6. Provide (furnish and install) all work as more fully described, specified and detailed in the Drawings and Project Manual.
