Culver Road Sanitary Sewer Extension Project

The project includes the following work: Gravity and low-pressure sanitary sewer collection system to serve approximately 138 connections. The attention of all bidders is called to the provisions of State Law governing "General Contractors" as set forth in Chapter Eight of Title Thirty Four of the 1975 code of Alabama as amended. All BIDDERS must comply with the requirement of the Contractor's Licensing Law of the State of Alabama and be certified for the type of work for which a proposal is submitted. The submission of the BIDDER's current State of Alabama License number will be required before his/her BID will be received or considered and shall be written on the outside of the envelope in which Bid is submitted. All Bids must be plainly marked on the outside of the envelope: BID FOR: Culver Road Sanitary Sewer Extension Project Opening 9:00 A.M., September 21, 2022._ at Tuscaloosa County Courthouse, 714 Greensboro Avenue, Tuscaloosa, AL 35401 Attention to Bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed, Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109 & E.O. 11246. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any and all bids.
