Ypsilanti Township Solid Waste Bid

The Contractor shall provide all supervision, materials, equipment, labor, and all other items necessary and assume all responsibility for the collection of all garbage, recyclables and yard waste (hereinafter referred to as "Refuse") from all customers within the Charter Township of Ypsilanti (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract Services"); provided that such garbage shall be placed by the occupants of each residence in bags inside the 96-gallon roll carts furnished by the Contractor. Recyclables shall be placed by the occupants of each residence inside the 96-gallon roll cart furnished by the Contractor. Contractor shall only be required to provide one (1) 96-gallon trash roll cart and one (1) 96-gallon recycling roll cart to each customer. Each roll cart container furnished by the contractor shall be new, clean, and free of any debris or municipal solid waste residue. Customers shall also be permitted to place one (1) bulk item out for each week of trash collection service. Further, the occupants of each residence shall place the 96-gallon roll carts and any bulk items
