| Description | This project involves full depth pavement reconstruction on West Second Street between North Main Street and Railroad Avenue, North Main Street between West Third Street and West Second Street, and on Park Place between West Clinton Road to West Third Street. A modern roundabout will be constructed at the intersection of North Main Street, Park Place, and West Third Street. New drainage will be installed for adjustment to the curb lines for the modern roundabout. Also, new signage and pavement markings will be constructed for the modern roundabout. The pedestrian signal equipment will be upgraded to meet ADA standards at the intersection of North Main Street and West Second Street and the intersection of Park Place and West Clinton Street. New sidewalks will be constructed in compliance with ADA standards throughout the project limits. Landscaping and streetscape elements would be installed. Signal systems will also be modified to ensure ADA compliance. | ||||||
