The Technical College System of Georgia is accepting sealed bids on behalf of Chattahoochee Technical College for Cooling Tower Replacement - Building B Project at their Marietta campus location in strict conformity with the project plans, bidding documents and contract documents associated with this project. Chattahoochee Technical College Marietta Campus is located at 980 South Cobb Drive, Marietta, GA 30060. All questions regarding the bidding documents, the bidding process, substitution requests, and Team Georgia Marketplace (TGM) must be submitted in writing to the contracting officer listed below in order to be accepted. Only written responses will be binding. All interpretations made to bidders will be issued in the form of addenda to the Bidding Documents and will be posted to the Georgia Procurement Registry (GPR) web site. Such addenda are to be acknowledged at the appropriate location on the electronic Bid Form. No addenda will be issued within three (3) business days of the date set for receipt of bids without an extension of the bid date.
