Wood Hill Towers Elevator And Generator Replacement

The project consists of two bid packages: Bid Package A - Elevator Replacement. Replace of 2 elevators in 2 separate 13-story towers for a total of 4 elevators. The elevators will be electric traction elevators. Most of the elevator components will be replaced and additional work to upgrade the elevator machine rooms shall be performed. This includes lighting replacement, removal of plumbing systems, removal of electrical systems, and installation of fire assemblies. Bid Package B - Generator. Install a new exterior mounted generator and transfer switch. The generator will be required to be installed on a concrete pad that also includes concrete foundation walls and footings.

Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
