Central Falls Landing - Addition Foundation

Excavate, form, install and backfill a new cement concrete footing and foundation for a three-story addition to an historic building at “The Central Falls Landing Project” located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Madeira Avenue and Broad Street, identified as 1420 Broad Street, Central Falls, RI. Respondents may only propose to complete the project in its entirety. Elements of the project include, but are not limited to: 1. Excavation, backfill, and on-site handling of contaminated soil (disposal is not part of the scope of the project). 2. New portland cement concrete footing and foundation for a three-story addition to an existing building. 3. Installation of gravel, vapor barrier, and crushed stone throughout the entire crawl space.
