| Description | Req No.: B21OP00102, Invitation for Bids (IFB) to furnish and install various types of glass as required for a period of up to thirty-six (36) months from date of contract execution. Questions will not be accepted after this date and time. Any contract resulting from this advertisement will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The contractor will be required to furnish certified copies of any and all Insurance Policies required in relation to this contract prior to CTA's execution. Chicago Transit Authority hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in regard to any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
