Project Description: The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has a construction requirement for all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to construct wastewater lagoons and RV dump stations. The project is located near the BLM Yuma Field Office in Quartzite, AZ 85346. The requirement entails the following significant tasks: A) Base 1. Construction of wastewater lagoons and associated appurtenances. 2. Installation of influent conveyance system to serve four new RV dump station stalls to include manual screen structure and two 5,000-gallon septic tanks. 3. Equipping of potable water well. 4. Installation of water distribution system consisting of distribution lines set below frost lines from water treatment and pump house to RV dump station and four new RV fill stations. 5. Construction of a 50,000-gallon bolted steel water tank. 6. Installation and connection of necessary electrical components required for system operations. B) Additive 1 1. Installation of influent conveyance system to serve four new RV dump station stalls. 2. Installation of water distribution system to serve four new RV fill station stalls. 3.
