General Work: The existing front entrance to the Nurses Home at Springfield Hospital Center, in Sykesville, MD is raised above grade on an open porch made accessible by existing steps only. This project is to add a new ADA compliant ramp to access the raised porch and replace existing sidewalk as necessary to provide both sidewalk and ramp access.
