| Description | Qualified floor contractors to perform terrazzo installation to enhance the Warren Webster Community Center's historic value. 1. The Contractor shall carefully examine the existing flooring and be familiar with the work required for the project. Contractor is responsible for field measurement and review of existing conditions. 2. Contractor will be responsible for about 2100 SF area to include kitchen, hall, office and storage area. 3. Contractor to use materials, tools, and techniques of the buildings’ era. 4. Site and surrounding properties must be kept free of debris and thoroughly cleaned upon completion. 5. The original slab to be resurfaced and prepared for a 5/8” terrazzo topping. 6. A sample will be provided for approval. 7. Honing and polishing |
