Fire Pump Replacement at China Trade Center - Filed Sub Bids

The BOSTON REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (BRA) d/b/a the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA), by its Chief Procurement Officer (CPO), is pleased to issue this Invitation for Bids or (IFB) seeking competitive bids from a Massachusetts state-licensed electrical and fire sprinkler contractor certified in fire alarm systems for the China Trade Building Fire Pump Replacement project. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, parts, machinery and transportation necessary for 1.) replacement of the fire pump and related components; and 2.) inspection, testing, servicing, and full preventative maintenance of the fire protection and fire alarm systems per National Fire Protective Association (NFPA) standards. The Contractor shall be certified by the National Institute of Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET) and DCAMM in fire alarm systems and have an apprentice training program approved by the Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development Division of Apprentice Standards.
