RFP - Site Development

Bath County seeks proposals for site development of a 0.54-acre lot located on Panther Drive adjacent to the skate park across from Parks and Recreation. The lot will be developed for placement of a 30X60 modular structure. Work will include grading and export of material, placement of sanitary sewer and water lines, top soil and seeding of the area around the building, and other work as determined by the contractor and County. Proposals may be hand-delivered or submitted by common carrier. The responsibility for submitting a response to this RFP at the offices of the Bath County Administrator on or before the stated time and date will be solely the responsibility of the submitting company and the Bath County will not be responsible for delays caused by mail or courier service or for any other reason. Faxes and e-mails will not be accepted. Proposals received after this time will not be considered. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
