Description

Supplying and installing two (2) Mitsubishi Mini- Split systems at the Leominster Emergency Management Agency building. The equipment will be used to cool the Building's computer equipment room. The Contractor is responsible for all labor, equipment, and materials needed to install the Mini-Split systems. The Contractor is responsible for supplying all equipment, properly installing all equipment and making all connections, including all electrical power connections, required to make all equipment fully operational, including making all necessary wall penetrations (both interior & exterior). Contractor must have on staff, or obtain the services of, a Massachusetts licensed electrician to perform all electrical connections/hookups.
