Wheeling Township Paving Project

The Trustees reserve the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids received. Bidder must be prequalified with Ohio Department of Transportation for the types of work associated with this Wheeling Township Paving Project in the amount at least equal to bid at the time of bid. Bidder must also furnish with bid a copy of current Ohio Department of Transportation Prequalification proving such. The bidder is disqualified if failure to do so. Township roads to be paved. T-1486 Luray Drive 18 feet wide x 0.220 /mile long +/- T-1487 Jerrill (Jaril) Drive 18 feet wide x 0.230 / mile long +/- These two roads of Lyle Subdivison shall be bid as one project. Bids will include all labor, materials, and equipment. Bidder must produce a copy of Affidavit of Insurance and/or Bond of Liability. The project roads are located off State Route 331 North of the Village of Uniontown and South of the Village of Flushing. Paving should include: Clean road and prepare for paving. Notch in at start and stop points. 1.5 of paving for both roads of the subdivision with two tie-ins with State Route 331, and 23 tie-ins of driveways.
