Renovate Latrines, Showers, and Tuck-pointing

Renovation of a military facility in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility. The project includes demolition of existing mens and womens showers, latrines and locker areas, including adjoining spaces for renovation and of new latrines, showers and locker areas. New finishes include resinous flooring and wall coverings, lay-in ceilings, and HPDE toilet and shower partitions. Exterior maintenance of the masonry veneer includes, cleaning, tuckpointing, and installation of water repellant. MBE/WBE/SDVE Goals: MBE 10%, WBE 10%, and SDVE 3%. A. The State reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all informalities in bids. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 20 working days subsequent to the specified bid opening time. The contractor shall pay not less than the prevailing hourly rate of wages for work of a similar character in the locality in which the work is performed, as determined by the Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations and as set out in the detailed plans and specifications.
