Prospect Park Phase I

his project involves the construction of a new prefabricated pavilion, including but not limited to, bulk excavation, subgrade preparation and fine grading; the purchase, assembly and installation of a prefabricated pavilion including installation of concrete piers for building column placement; the placement of site signage, asphalt paving, concrete wheel stops, retractable and permanent bollards; line striping; site preparation and removals; site restoration and associated site incidentals; complete in place. Add Alternate No. 1 This project involves the installation of concrete paving in lieu of asphalt paving, complete in place. Add Alternate No. 2 This project involves the construction of storm sewer, including but not limited to, the installation of a yard drain and storm sewer, complete in place. Add Alternate No. 3 This project involves electrical work for the prefabricated pavilion, including but not limited to, purchase and installation of new panels, wire, conduits, receptacles, and fans, complete in place.
