Pest Management Service: Interior: 1. Cafeterias and kitchens will be inspected and treated as needed or at least 1 time per month. 2. Glue boards will be placed in kitchens to monitor and identify insect activity. 3. Common areas such as classrooms, offices, restrooms, break rooms, vending machines, mechanical rooms, storage rooms will be treated once a month or on an as needed basis. 4. Applications will be directed toward cracks and crevices, utility entry points, and other conducive conditions that create access for covered targeted pests. Exterior: 1. Apply an exterior application of ant control around school buildings (1-3 feet), which may include a liquid or granular application for a quick knock down and control of insects to include ants. 2. Treatment will be applied 1 time per month. Rodent Control Exterior: 1. Maintain the exterior rodent bait states along the exterior foundation per school. 2. Exterior rodent stations will be cleaned, baited and dated – One (1) time per month. 3. Keep log of rodent feeding activity per school. The log will help in creating a quarterly tend report that show feeding activity during the year. This will help identify which schools are have challenges with rodents. Dumpsters: The dumpster area will be treated with a liquid residual to control targeted pest. Technicians: All services will be performed by a licensed technician.
