To replace both the existing bus exit swing gate and employee exit swing gate at T.R. Jackson Pre-K Center located at 4950 Susan Street, Milton, FL, 32570, with automated access slide gates. The below is a brief description of the desired products and services for install at this location. Install automated controllers for gates with the following: Minimum capabilities: Accessible by: Keypad Toggle switch for gate Button transmitters, (25) needed for bus gate only Capable of setting schedules Automated exit loop sensor at gate exit Redundant control systems in case of device or power failure Surge protector(s) Allow access for emergency responders Possible additional capabilities: Fob/Proximity reader Garage door type remote control Remote access Intercom between the keypad and interior location All power and conduit by SRCSD – see "additional pricing information." All fencing and gates by SRCSD – see "additional pricing information." Visually identify and mark “clear zones” for unimpeded operation of the automated gates. Provide training and demonstration of proper procedures to utilize the features of gate operator systems with T.R. Jackson Pre-K staff.
